Who can nominate?

Any individual or organisation may submit a nomination.

Can someone nominate himself/herself?

No. The nomination guidelines do not provide for self nomination.

Can a citizen who cannot read and write make a nomination?

Yes, a citizen who cannot read and write can make a nomination.

Is there a nomination fee?

No.

Are nominations confidential?

Yes. Information is handled with strict confidentiality throughout the evaluation process.

Who selects the award recipients?

A Panel constituted by Committee Members make recommendations which are reviewed by the National Integrity Awards Committee.

Can an institution be nominated?

An institution cannot be nominated, only individuals may be nominated

How are winners announced?

Recipients are formally honoured during the National Integrity Awards Ceremony.
