Promoting Integrity. Celebrating Ethical Leadership. Inspiring National Development.
The National Integrity Awards Scheme is Ghana’s premier national platform for recognising integrity and ethical excellence.
Established under the auspices of Parliament, the Scheme promotes integrity as a national value by celebrating individuals and institutions whose conduct demonstrates honesty, transparency, accountability, professionalism and selfless service.
The Scheme complements national anti-corruption efforts by promoting positive role models and encouraging behavioural change rather than merely condemning unethical conduct.
A Ghana where integrity defines leadership, governance, business and citizenship.
To promote integrity and ethical excellence through recognition, public education and advocacy, thereby strengthening public confidence in institutions and inspiring responsible leadership.
The foundational principles that guide the National Integrity Awards Scheme.
The Scheme seeks to:
Promote integrity as a national value.
Recognise exemplary ethical leadership.
Encourage accountability and transparency.
Inspire future generations.
Strengthen public confidence in institutions.
Promote ethical conduct across all sectors.
Support national anti-corruption and good governance efforts.
Celebrate positive examples worthy of national recognition.
Entrenches love for country.
"Integrity is not merely a personal virtue, it is a national asset. When individuals and institutions choose honesty over expediency, accountability over secrecy, and service over self-interest, they strengthen public trust and contribute to Ghana’s democratic and economic development."
The National Integrity Awards Scheme celebrates these examples and invites every Ghanaian to join the movement to build a nation where integrity is not only expected and respected but also desired and rewarded.
